Use of Dolphin services (the diving app and the club management website) is subject to these terms. The service includes: (a) an app for divers – registration, dive logging and documents; (b) a website for club managers – diving club management, divers and tracking. Acceptance of the terms occurs upon registration or use of the service.
The Dolphin app allows users to purchase diving insurance and to scan dive certificates to receive information and discounts on additional services. Use of the app is permitted only for users who hold valid dive certificates and are 18 years of age or older.
"User" – any person who uses the app and its services. "Diving insurance" – insurance policies tailored for divers that include coverage for events and accidents related to diving. "Dive certificates" – official certificates certifying the user's diving qualification in accordance with international certification levels.
The user declares that all information provided in the app is true and accurate. The user declares that they are aware that providing false information may result in disqualification of insurance or failure to receive insurance coverage in the event of diving incidents.
The user undertakes to provide accurate details, keep login credentials secure, and not use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes. Club managers are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter or transfer regarding divers.
Each user is responsible for activity on their account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in accordance with these terms or in case of misuse.
The service is provided "as is" (AS-IS). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Use of diving and the system is at the user's and club's responsibility, in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
The Dolphin app offers a variety of insurance policies for divers. The user alone is responsible for ensuring that the policy matches their needs. Prices and coverage vary according to the policy and type of diving.
The user may scan dive certificates in the app for identity verification and discounts on additional services. Any certificate scanned must be valid and provide the verification required in accordance with the app guidelines.
In accordance with the law, a diving insurance purchase may be cancelled within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that no use has been made of the insurance coverage. In the event of cancellation, the user may be charged direct costs incurred by the provider as a result of the cancellation process, as defined in the insurer's terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms at any time and without prior notice; any change will take effect upon its publication in the app, and continued use will be deemed acceptance of the updated version. We will publish material changes on this page or via in-system notices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in Israel.

All rights in the Dolphin service, interface, logo and other materials belong to us or our licensors. Content you upload (documents, images, dive logs) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store and display that content to operate the service and show it to the club you are linked to, in accordance with system permissions.
You may not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, spam, distributing malware or abusing the system. You may not reverse engineer, circumvent security measures, or resell or transfer the service to third parties without permission. Breach may result in suspension or closure of your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dolphin (and its officers, employees and representatives) from any claim, damage, cost or liability arising from your use of the service, breach of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These terms, together with the privacy policy and any other documents referred to here, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the service and supersede any prior understandings.
The service is intended only for users who hold valid dive certificates and are 18 years of age or older.
